I wasn't aware of the issue. I'll have to check into the issue...The only thing I can think of is that it is a private park - the neighborhood permits people to enjoy it. I guess they are afraid that it could get crazy if too many people did that. They didn't stop me - but all I had was a dog on a leash and a camera. I walked there. I had been there when i was a kid... this past weekend I got married and I drove 1 1/2 hours to get to this park to take some wedding pictures. as soon as I walked in I was stopped by A park security guy and told that I was not allowed and in order to take even 1 picture I had to live in Larchmont OR have a permit. This was my wedding day and I was in my wedding dress.. I was with a few family members and just wanted a few pictures.. I dont see what the harm in a few pictures would have been.. But they wouldnt let us and turned us away. I am highly upset... who the hell woke up one morning and said.. Hmmmm today we will have a new rule.. No wedding pictures.. Especially for a brand new bride that drove 1 1/2 hours to get there.. This park is beautiful but i was totally turned off! What a Shitty way to treat a person.
