		<description>I saw you on May 3, 2010 at the Common Council Meeting.  I agree 100% with your comments. As a fellow White Plains resident (and neighbor), it is unfortunate that those in politics will not see the forest for the trees. And they will continue to vote their own pockets, until the City (like FNM, FRE, the federal govt and the banks did with junk lending) drive home prices down with spiraling tax increases.   Before the current real estate debacle, I did not know then and I do not know now, any TRADITIONAL lender that does not view property taxes in the equation of monthly affordability.  For example, the Average Gedney Farms home owner must earn approximately $32,000 to  $40,000 a year before income taxes  simply to pay for property taxes!

I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this issue with you.
