From the charts below, it is apparent that like the real estate market in general, Jefferson Place underwent a substantial correction during the housing crisis. But prices are now on their way back up even though they are still off their high water marks. This is good news for potential buyers. The market has showed steady gains, but nothing “bubble-like” which bodes well for the future. Its also good news for potential sellers because some who were under water may be out of the woods on that issue depending on when they bought.
