Two Ways to Search for Homes:

Use one or use both and decide which you like best!

1. Wolfnet:

Wolfnet is a public facing version of the multiple listing service.  It has some interesting added features such as maps.  The main advantage is that it gives you instant gratification.  Unlike Listing Book – you do not have to wait for me to send you an invitation.  Just logon and go!   However, like most public-facing MLS services, it does not offer access information on  contigents and solds – an important component in understanding current market conditions. 2. Listing Book

What is Listing Book?

It’s one of the most informative public-facing versions of the MLS that I’ve seen to date. It allows the public to search for listings the way an agent does. One of the most frustrating issues with public facing “Home Search” sites is that these sites are often hopelessly outdated. They also don’t distinguish between listings that are active or under contract. Listing Book shows you which listings are available and what has actually sold and gone into contract. This allows the buyer to gauge the market far more accurately then they can using the more “traditional” home search sites that dominate the internet.

How Can I Get Listing Book?

Listing Book is available by invitation only. Fill out the form below and I will send you your invitation to search like a REALTOR®. Your first and last names plus a valid email address is all that is required.
