The River Walk is an ambitious plan to create a linear park and walking trail along the Hudson River that extends from the northern tip of the county in Peekskill to Yonkers at the border of the Bronx. This portion has just been constructed. I was there a couple of years ago before the plan had come to life.

Hats off to White Plains Finest….

The police showed up promptly and said that they a couple of cars were chasing the suspects that the good Samaritans had called in. Someone was caught and my things are now being held in evidence, but the amazing thing is that I didn't lose a thing except a bunch of business cards that they had strewn all over the place.

The aftermath of the tax credit had varying effects on Larchmont homes for sale. In many ways - it was a story of two completely separate markets. Single family homes for sale in Larchmont were strong with prices heading upwards and sales volume virtually unchanged from 2009. But the cooperative market had slowed down significantly.

Don't overplay your hand...

Why can’t we just lower the price later….???

"We need to get "X" out of our home in order to move on with our lives. You say it is worth 20% less. Why can't we try it at the price we need and if it doesn't sell, lower the price in a couple of months?"
