Third Party Websites and the Wedge Effect….

(I got a phone call from a) representative from what we refer to as a "third-party-site." Such a site is basically a web site with a fairly good "mousetrap" that somehow convinces the unsuspecting public to logon and give up their name, email address and perhaps even their phone number.

Why can’t we just lower the price later….???

"We need to get "X" out of our home in order to move on with our lives. You say it is worth 20% less. Why can't we try it at the price we need and if it doesn't sell, lower the price in a couple of months?"

Why does my buyers agent keep pushing me towards one of the first homes I saw….?

I've been working with an agent for a while now and he keeps pushing me back towards one of the first homes I saw. Yes, I love that house, but I don't want to miss out on something that I would truly adore.
