Westchester NY homes for sale is a mixed market. But some indicators are starting to point upward. Last weekend I was out with more than one buyer who was surprised when they found a couple of homes they had their eye on already had offers and were heading for contract.
I have always been a believer in the "do unto to others" approach to sales. I don't enjoy high-pressure sales tactics - so why should I engage in them? Apparently, I'm not alone. The public has made it clear that it is totally fed up with the "in your face" sales person.
Truth be told, all listings are by their very nature - buyer's bait. But when the main goal becomes attracting buyers for other properties this symbiotic relationship can morph quickly towards the parasitic.
